2. Product Authenticity & Representation

  • Diamond Classifications: Carat Philippines explicitly discloses the origin of our gemstones. Products will be clearly labeled as either Natural Diamonds or Lab-Grown Diamonds. It is the buyer's responsibility to review product descriptions before purchasing.

  • Certifications: Where stated, items come with official grading certificates (e.g., GIA or IGI). These certificates are unique to each stone and must be kept secure by the buyer.

  • Visual Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, because variations in screen settings and studio lighting can alter appearance, slight variations may occur.

3. Pricing and Adjustments

  • All prices listed on our website or quoted via direct message are subject to change without notice.

  • Due to the fluctuating global market prices of fine gold and natural diamonds, we reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue items at any time.

  • In the event that an item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Carat Philippines reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item.

4. Ordering and Payment Terms

  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed directly through our website or initiated via our official messaging channels (Facebook, Instagram, or Viber/SMS at 09989569908).

  • Payment Methods: We require full payment or an agreed-upon down payment before processing or shipping any items.

  • Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed and payment is cleared, it cannot be canceled or modified, particularly for sized, customized, or made-to-order pieces.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • We ship items via secure, trusted, and insured couriers.

  • Address Accuracy: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Carat Philippines is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect delivery information.

  • Risk of Loss: Once the package is marked as delivered by the courier service, the risk of loss, theft, or damage transfers entirely to the buyer.

6. Limitations of Liability

Carat Philippines shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, our products or website. This includes, but is not limited to, accidental damage or loss of stones through regular wear and tear after the item has been accepted by the buyer.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
