Thank you for shopping at Carat Philippines. Because our pieces feature natural diamonds, certified lab-grown diamonds, and premium gold settings, we maintain a strict quality assurance process to protect the value and authenticity of our jewelry.

Please read our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges below:

1. Finality of Sales

  • All sales are final. Due to the high value of fine jewelry, we do not offer cash refunds or returns for change of mind once an item has been purchased and delivered.

  • Custom & Resized Items: Any custom designs, pieces modified specifically for you, or special ring resizing requests cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

2. Eligibility for Exchanges (Factory Defects Only)

In the rare event that your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit under the following conditions:

  • Notification Window: You must notify us via our official channels (Instagram, Facebook, or Viber at 09989569908) within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Condition: The piece must be completely unworn, unaltered, and in its original retail condition.

  • Inclusions: It must be returned with all original packaging, receipts, and official certifications (such as the GIA or IGI grading reports, if applicable). Missing diamond certificates will invalidate any exchange.

3. Inspection and Resolution

  • Once received, our team will inspect the piece to verify its condition and authenticity.

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair the item, offer a direct replacement, or issue store credit.

  • Items showing signs of wear, accidental damage, or alteration by an outside jeweler will be declined for exchange.

4. Shipping and Logistics

  • Buyers are responsible for all secure shipping costs and transit insurance associated with returning an item for inspection.
